Michael P. Pasquale

Michael Pasquale is the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Officers of the Courts Corp. ("OCC").  For the past 20 years as an attorney licensed in New Jersey and New York, Mr. Pasquale has served as trial counsel for individuals and companies in a broad range of commercial disputes.  Since 2006, Mr. Pasquale has provided free legal representation to wounded service members in their military discharge cases before the Dept. of Defense.  Mr. Pasquale served as chairman of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Military Law Section from 2009 to 2011.  He has been honored with the 2010 Annual Distinguished Legislative Services Award for advancing a bill, signed into law in 2013, that amends the New Jersey Family Law Act with respect to military child custody issues. Mr. Pasquale is also the recipient of the 2013 Super Lawyers Pro Bono Award, the 2013 NJSBA Military Support Award and the 2014 NJSBA Pro Bono Award. He is admitted in New Jersey, New York, the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington D.C.


Justin J. O'Hara

Justin J. O'Hara is a Director of OCC.  Mr. O'Hara has made a career on Wall Street for the past twenty years. Mr. O’Hara has S-7 and S-63 licenses issued by the SEC. Mr. O’Hara comes from a family with very strong ties to the American Military. Within his family lineage there has been a member that has served in every generation dating back to the Spanish-American War. Mr. O'Hara is a lifelong resident of Montclair NJ. He received a B.A. in 1994 from Green Mountain College.


Rose Cali

A resident of Montclair, New Jersey since 1973, Rose Cali is a Director of OCC and a dedicated public servant. In 1997, she founded and became the first chief executive of the Yogi Berra Museum and Learning Center until 2005. She has been a member of the Montclair State University Board of Trustees since 1991 and presently serves on boards of the Montclair Art Museum, Newark Mentoring Movement, the Montclair Public Library Foundation Advisory Board, Arts Education Committee of the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, New Jersey Coalition for Inclusive Education, Montclair Film Festival, Officers of the Courts, and the Sharron Miller Academy of the Arts.


jeff weidenborner

In addition to his role as Director of OCC, Jeff Weidenborner has over twenty years experience as a corporate real estate advisor and director in both New York City and Greater China.  He is presently Executive Managing Director of Occupier Services at Savillis Studley, a premier global real estate service provider and the leading U.S. commercial real estate services firm specializing in tenant representation.  Jeff is also fluent in Mandarin, and lived in China for over a decade.  A graduate of Montclair High School and Roanoke College, Jeff is also designated as a Master of Corp. Real Estate (MCR) and a Senior Leader in Corp. Real Estate (SLCR).     


James E. Pacilio, Jr.

In addition to being a Director of OCC, Jim Pacilio is the CEO and Founder of Kingsbridge Pension Services and GAP Pension Inc., and the Co-founder of Kingsbridge Financial Group and Kingsbridge Advisors. A 1972 graduate of Seton Hall University with a degree in Economics. Jim started his career in the financial services industry over 40 years ago. Since the beginning, Jim has specialized in Retirement Plan design and implementation and has received numerous awards for his efforts, including the Hall of Fame and Summit Four Citation. Jim and his team manage over $1 billion in assets and have been featured in many publications, including most recently, Medical Economics and Doctor of Dentistry Magazine. Jim resides in North Jersey with his wife, Kimberly, and three daughters.


Peter Zorich

Serving as a Director of OCC is also Peter Zorich, the CEO of Best Guest Media, a media placement firm created and run by former longtime television executives. Mr. Zorich has worked at the highest levels of the television news industry for over two decades including senior positions at all of the major national cable news networks including Fox News Channel, CNN, CNBC, MSNBC & Bloomberg. Mr. Zorich held a leadership role for the 1996 launch of the Fox News Channel, and served as Senior Producer of the “Hannity & Colmes” show and the “O’Reilly Factor.” Mr. Zorich also served as the Senior Producer for “Dayside”, “Heartland” with John Kasich and “The Big Story” with Rita Cosby.  At the forefront of some of the most compelling and important news events of our time, Mr. Zorich was Senior Producer of special news coverage of the wars in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Afghanistan and Iraq, as well as the 2000 Florida recount, the impeachment of President Clinton, among several other historical events.  He has direct first-hand knowledge of how national TV newsroom decisions are made and his relationships with those who make the booking decisions is unmatched. He now successfully works with leading business executives; former government officials; political campaigns; medical professionals; legal experts and top opinion makers to greatly expand their media presence.


Joseph P. Riccardo

Also serving as Director is Joseph P. Riccardo.  Mr. Riccardo has over thirty years of public and private company healthcare experience.  He is presently Chairman of HealthCare Value Capital, and before that held the position of Senior Managing Director heading the Healthcare Research Team of thirty analysts, and served as Senior Healthcare Analyst at Bear Stearns & Co. Inc for twenty-five years. This, combined with his extensive network of industry executives, management and executive recruiters, established Mr. Riccardo as a major advisor to the pharmaceutical industry. Mr. Riccardo also served as a member of Bear Stearns President’s Advisory Council for a number of years. He currently serves on the Board of Governors of Hackensack University Medical Center. He received his B.S. at St. Peter’s College and his M.B.A. at City College of New York.


Rev. Msgr. John J. Carroll

Rev. Mons. John J. Carroll has been the Pastor of Our Lady of Magnificat in Kinnelon, New Jersey for over twenty-five years, with over fifty years since his ordination.  He is a spiritual leader of his community, well-known and beloved public figure in New Jersey.
